We will be happy to send you a replacement order or issue a full refund. Lost Items in Transit By ordering from us, you agree to our shipping times. Lost or Stolen Packages RareVault™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for the order. Upon inquiry, RareVault™ will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and carrier information for the customer to investigate.
