Instructions for Use & Care
Step 1: Receive your pillow
The GELUXE pillow comes ready to use - no "fluffing" needed, nor waiting for it to expand like memory foam.
Step 2: Place it on your bed
Place the pillow where you would normally put your regular pillow. The higher side (10cm) should support your neck, with the lower side (8cm) towards the foot of the bed.
Step 3: Adjust it to your sleeping position
- Side sleepers: Use the full height - your head should be comfortably supported with your spine in a straight line from your neck to your tailbone.
- Back sleepers: Center your head on the pillow, allowing the honeycomb structure to cradle the natural curve of your neck.
- Stomach sleepers: Although we do not recommend sleeping on your stomach for spinal health, use the lower side (8cm) if absolutely necessary.
Step 4: Allow 2-3 nights for adjustment
Your body has been accustomed to poor support for years. Give yourself a few nights to adjust to proper cervical alignment. Most people sleep better immediately, but some need 2-3 nights to adapt.

Daily Care
Cleaning: Simply rinse with mild soap and water when needed. The TPE material dries quickly - just blot with a towel and air dry for 30 minutes.
